Refunds
Refunds will be in the original method of payment.
Refunds take 1-5 working days, after receipt of goods from Nicola Jane, to process. Credit cards should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.
Sale items can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the products broken, damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Products will be delivered within 2-7 working days after successful receipt of payment.

Orders are subject to R100 delivery fee.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipping fees are at the cost of the customer.
An order is considered complete as soon as it is handed to an individual at your specified address.
Any query relating to the order must be advised to Nicola Jane within 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
In the advent of goods being lost in transit, Nicola Jane has the option to either replace the missing goods or refund the customer.
Delivery will be made to South African street addresses only.
Please note refunds only refer to online purchases. Items bought in store are subject to a 7 day return policy. We will exchange or issue a credit note. Strictly no refunds on instore purchases.
