Payment

We use Yoko, which is a South African based company which is compatible with all the major South African banks.  With Yoko every payment is safe and secure. All transactions are protected by 3D-Secure technology. Nicola Jane doesn’t get access to your credit card information and all credit card details are encrypted. Every precaution should be taken from the customer’s side to ensure their details are kept safe. We don’t recommend shopping from an internet café or public computer.

Shipping

The delivery times change from item to item. Some items can be shipped within one working day of the order being placed, while others can take up to 5 days.

Nicola Jane uses The Courier Guy to ship all orders. There is a R100 shipping fee which will be added to your invoice. Delivery should take place within 3-7 days of placing the order. You will be emailed a Courier guy tracking number and can track your parcel on their website.  The Courier Guy will contact you on the morning of delivery to confirm if delivery can occur. You will be sent a SMS of the PIN which you will provide to the driver on delivery.

We deliver the order to the address specified on the order. 

If the customer decides to return their order, this will be at their own cost.
